Review and share input on the Draft Big Ideas!
All In, Glencoe will use a set of “Big Ideas” as the guiding framework for the Comprehensive Plan and Glencoe’s future policy direction. These Draft Big Ideas emerged from: community input gathered thus far, consultant team analysis, planning best practices, and discussions with Village staff.
Draft Goals (the lettered statements under each Big Idea) are high-level policies that further each Big Idea. These will later be followed by more detailed objectives and implementation strategies after the community confirms a general policy direction.
The below Draft Big Ideas & Goals were first shared at the March 18 Community Open House. If you couldn’t make it, no problem! We still want your feedback. Please review and share your comments below, on any or all of the 5 Big Ideas.
