Glencoe community members were asked to review and share feedback on the preliminary framework for the comprehensive plan: the Draft Big Ideas & Goals.
An in-person community open house took place at the Glencoe Library on March 18, followed by a virtual open house which was open online for two weeks afterwards. Our team collected thoughtful and varied feedback from residents and stakeholders which generally confirmed the direction set forth by the Big Ideas and Goals.
Many of the comments collected will be incorporated as part of the next step of the planning process: the draft objectives. These will bring the Goals to life with more specific policy guidance and action steps.
